High Performance Rubber Materials

NBR (BUNA N NITRILE)

Presently the seal industry’s most widely used elastomer, Nitrile combines excellent resistance to petroleum-based oils and fuels, silicone greases, hydraulic fluids, water and alcohols, with a good balance of such desirable working properties as low compression set, high tensile strength, and high abrasion resistance.

CR (NEOPRENE)

Chloroprene Cable Jackets offer outstanding resistance to Ozone & Sunlight. It has good resistance to mineral oils and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

CSM - HYPALON

Hypalon rubber is a synthetic rubber based on polyethylene. This rubber is a material with Neoprene Polychloroprene plus other qualities. The CSM rubber is suitable for continuous use up to about 130 degree celcius. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) is known for its excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions and good resistance to chemicals. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene is used in a variety of industrial and automotive applications that require high performance and have to withstand extreme weather conditions.

HNBR (HIGHLY SATURATED NITRILE)

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), also known as Highly Saturated Nitrile ("HSN"), is special class of nitrile rubber (NBR) that has been hydrogenated to increase saturation of the butadiene segment of the carbon polymer backbone. Subsequent improvements to the material properties, over that of a nitrile rubber (NBR), include greater thermal stability, broader chemical resistance, and greater tensile strength

EPDM RUBBER

A copolymer of ethylene and propylene (EPM), sometimes combined with a third comonomer (EPDM), Ethylene Propylene has gained wide seal industry acceptance for its excellent ozone and chemical resistance characteristics.
