Custom Silicone Extrusion

Rubber products are commonly extruded. The Extrusion process is heating uncured rubber compound through an extrusion die to form the desired shape. Once the desired shape is produced the rubber goes into a curing over or salt bath to set the rubber.
 
Custom silicone extrusions can be made in sizes ranging from 1/8" in diameter to a rectangular cross-section of up to 6" by 12" and in continuous lengths of up to 60 feet. We commonly manufacture custom profiles based on the individual customers requirements.
